Vivy is looking for an Office Manager (m/f/d) to join our team in Berlin as part of our People & Culture department. You will be responsible for supporting and maintaining the office as a comfortable and a functional workplace.
The main focus will be to support Vivy with organizing and coordinating office procedures and the relevant requests. You should be able to create a pleasant work environment, ensuring a high level of organizational effectiveness and communication.
You are the main contact person for all office related queries
Create and improve Office Management processes, company procedures and day-to-day operations
Establish a workplace we all love to work in, where we feel comfortable, where we have fun and are able to grow to our whole potential
Support in organising team events
Responsible for procurement and inventory of office supplies
Welcome and support all our visitors
Completed job training or degree in an administrative or technical field
First experience of working in a fast-paced environment
Strong documentation skills, ability to structure and prioritize tasks
Positive, self-motivated and highly service-oriented personality
Fluency both in English and German (min. C1 level)
High degree of autonomy and crucial role in a highly motivated, talented and successful team
